You must be at least 13 years old to use TechStride. By creating an account, you affirm that you meet this requirement.

You agree to use TechStride only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account.
1.4 Modifications to Services
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of TechStride at any time without notice.
1.5 Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, misuse the platform, or engage in harmful conduct.
1.6 Limitation of Liability
TechStride is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the service.
1.7 Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
2. Privacy Policy

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
4.1 Subscription Plans
For paid users, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Access will continue until the end of the billing period.
4.2 Refunds
We currently do not offer refunds except in cases of billing errors or platform malfunctions. Please contact us within 14 days of the issue.
4.3 Consulting Services
If you purchase a 1:1 coaching session or package, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for rescheduling.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
5.1 Prohibited Activities
- Sharing offensive, discriminatory, or false information
- Misusing tools to spam or scrape data
- Attempting to reverse-engineer the platform
5.2 Enforcement
Violation may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent bans.
6. Intellectual Property & Copyright
All platform content, branding, and features are the intellectual property of TechStride LLC.
You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the platform without written permission.
